If you can't discern truth then the overwhelming amount of information will drowned out any hope of the truth getting to you let alone the masses. In short, diss-information campaigns will be that much easier IMHO. For any measure there is always a counter measure. It's folly to believe in any utopia no matter how good it may appear.
