Carole, well put! I recognize that there aren't many bb companies which file, and I also recognize that just because a company files forms with the SEC it does not necessarily make that company a good investment, but it certainly adds a large measure of credibility in my mind when a company makes the effort. There are ALOT of David Smiths out there that claim a company is "on the verge of becoming a filing company". It's always next month, next month, right around the corner....yeah right! By the way Carole, for what it's worth I think you are first rate! After reading posts from various posters over the weeks and months it becomes (a little) easier to get a sense of who are legit investors and who are shysters. Invariably your posts ADD substance to the threads and the information you provide is lacking the hype or negativism. Keep up the good work!
