OK, so what does that mean new high or new low first?
I do believe it is significant that we have surpassed the 50% retrace of the most recent top to bottom prints.
I think Apple has retraced about 80% while some of my no income bios are up more than 100% off their lows, they are still far less than halfway back to old highs.
