How would they have known that the stock would run up that high, on their "sales" announcements? Why would they be selling when all the "sales" were pouring in? Don't forget that they didn't report selling the shares. I sure would like to know what they did with the proceeds. If I remember right it was about $3M between the two families. They don't seem to be any of it back into building another processor.
It's all the the SEC reports, which I'm sure anyone looking into buying a processor will read, and anyone thinking of investing in this should read.
