If they are still doing technical discussions, ANYTHING could go wrong. But if they are just wrapping up the financial details, then I would imagine Texaco has enough money to satisfy whatever RNTK would need.

I look forward to your response. It might be good to follow up by calling if you don't get a response tomorrow. Things are moving fast now.
