Henry, interesting press release this morning. The only complaint I ever heard about Peter was he was not able to translate his business success into the stock price. Notice the bold line.

<Cayenne Software, Inc. Announces Appointment Of John J. Alexander as
Chairman of The Board

BEDFORD, Mass., Feb. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Cayenne Software, Inc. (Nasdaq: CAYN - news) today announced the
appointment of John J. Alexander, 62, as Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors, on which he has served since 1993.
The Chairman position was most recently held by Charles Bachman, who retired in September of 1997.

In his new role, Mr. Alexander will provide strategic direction for the Company; meanwhile, in his role as interim president and
chief executive officer, he will be responsible for overall operations. The Company's Board of Directors has retained an
executive search firm who is interviewing candidates for the CEO position. Mr. Alexander also serves on the boards of
TelServ, Inc. and the Independent Transportation Network.

Mr. Alexander brings to Cayenne over 30 years experience in Information Technology -- having held executive positions in
technology-centric organizations such as UNUM, MCI, Reynolds Aluminum, Citibank and the New York Stock Exchange.
He was named the ''CIO-of-the-Year'' in 1990 by the readers of InformationWeek while holding that position at UNUM.
During his seven-year tenure at UNUM, the Company's return on investment improved from 9% to 16% and UNUM's stock
price rose from $12 to over $50.

In October 1993, Mr. Alexander founded Business Technology Consulting, Inc. to provide business process redesign
expertise to major enterprises, as well as to support fledgling New England technology firms with executive guidance, market
analysis and venture capital.>

Maybe Peter departure was based on the lack of stock price performance , and it would look as if CAYN intends to do something about. When they do, the shorts will cover and off we go.
