Very hard to beat Ford for van quality. Mercedes bought the Dodge Sprinter van line and some of my very wealthy windsurfing friends love them. One just got a 4WD version and said it will be off to the shop to be customized. He used to use a BMW X5 to pull a trailer of his gear but the parking became impossible with all the surfers and retired windsurfers taking up wing dinging... so he bought the van which can fit in a single parking space at Coyote Pt. Friends who have the Dodge version and the new Mercedes versions seem happy.
