Live stock is not a good example, especially when we're talking about the Chinese government. A farmer will have to play for the feed and health of a cattle. The government on the other hand will collect property taxes forever. Furthermore, a farmer only needs to make his bankers happy. A government needs to make its people happy, especially if it's a government facing bank runs and RE revolt. ========== Thanks for the links.
