Actually, the post office is kind of tough to get into. There's a formal test that can be hard. There's a thick prep manual for studying available at most libraries in the section where the SAT, ACT etc prep books are. There's also a sorting test that is hard as delivery people have to presort their mail for their route.
I'm sure there's cheating and minority preferential treatment with lowered standards since it's government but just saying.
A lot of GIs go for post office jobs so they can double dip retirement.

About 40,000 USPS employees are U.S. VETERANS. About 140 stamp types have been issued to HONOR their service. You must feel really good that you just insulted everyone of them. RDK
