To see the effects of a reverse split look at HVSF. CNTRC must choose the lesser of two evils. Either reverse split and watch the price tank or languish in the pink sheets.

Just got a message from WSJ: Computer Associates offered to acquire Computer Sciences for $9 billion, or $108 a share.

CA has all the money but interest in acquiring Centura.
