We're talking about Russia using nukes first. Why would they do this knowing their cities would be gone within seconds. What would they gain? The premise (they'll use nukes) is flawed.

Saddam had WMDs during the first Gulf War and didn't use them. No other country used them even once and yet your generation thinks everyone will use them. You're repeating a generation of propaganda. There's no logic to any of this.
