David, Thanks for the article. I agree with the report that the USF and CUL has a good marriage that was the reason why I mentioned this back in Dec. I just can not imagine how the CEO to manage this department store. May be you can give them some advice based on your background<G>. I am amazed to see that USF can grow to this size. It is a terrifying event for the rest of filter companies. More consolidation will be in the corner. BTW, I forgot to mention OSM. I do not know this company well, and I do not know where it fits. May be USF want it too. Yeah...this is a good fit. ha ha. Sincerely, Wade
