Janice, let's try another serious post. A.M. Rosenthal, in today's NY Times suggested that "sexgate" would prevent the Clinton administration from taking the action that needs to be undertaken to destroy Saddam's weapons of mass production (WMD). He provided the following link for information regarding UNSCOM's progress in Iraq:

This is a truly frightening summary of a systematic attempt by Saddam to hide and rebuild his WDM capabilities.

Rosenthal says:
"To get rid of Saddam altogether the President would have to to prepare Americans for the combat use of ground troops. It is getting more difficult to believe that Mr. will do that unless the chance of his forced resignation is eliminated.

"So making the decision on ground troops may have to wait until our next Presidency, whenever it arrives. Delay will be America's penalty for the sex scandal." (italics added for emphasis).
