I got this e-mail tonight, was asked to post it....... Anthony, (please post the following if you don't mind): I am not a member of SI, but occassionally add my two cents to the thread through members who post for me. I have been a stock holder since late November and accumulated a large number of shares of FAMH. I'm kicking myself now because I kept making excuses for Ira long after the numbers and his actions stopped adding up. I was especially discouraged in the last CC when he stated "We made three cents per share in the third quarter and nine cents in the first three quarters, contrary to some of the feedback I've received from the internet." Apparently Ira is now living under the delusion that someone on the thread invented the $.06 in the third quarter. I stopped making excuses for Ira when the Morton Downey news was announced. Even if such a wildly speculative venture could make money, I'm still not interested. I try very hard to be socially responsible with my investments, and shock TV is definitely unacceptable. Monday I e-mailed an angry letter to Ira, listing my grievances, beginning with his failure to answer any of my previous faxes or phone calls (all of which had been polite). Granted, this time I was less than polite, even brutally harsh. His response was an offer to buy back all of my shares. Now how would you interpret that? There would be no point in offering to buy me out at the current price since I hardly need him for that. So, I assumed he meant that he would buy me out at my cost. Immediately, I sent him a list of my purchases and the various prices I had paid. I also spoke to my broker and got instructions for such a transaction, and then forwarded that information to Ira. I just received Ira's response: "MY OFFER IS TO BUY AT 1 CENT OVER CURRENT PRICE" He's a slippery one! Jamie Orr
