I can't help but feel a lot of this is wasted money... that fixing the reasons we sent manufacturing overseas in the first place is what the effort should address... Of course fixing that would undo decades of trade agreements that allows us to ship jobs and technology overseas in exchange for selling our souls, I mean leadership and IP.
