Mark--that is the best scenario I have seen yet. I have been convinced for some time a meltdown is inevitable. Especially in Russia. They are going to have problems, and probably an uprising. Sheronovsky, a radical left wing nationalist (sp) is the Russian equivalent of Hitler. He may or may not lead a putsch, but someone like him will emerge.
