The current union structure across the board is to take dues and funnel the $$ to the dnc. That will never change imo.. just like term limits.

If you mean get rid of pensions and use Social Security like the rest of us, then I agree, especially for public employees where currently it is a scam where corrupt politicians exchange high pensions and salaries for votes. Even now the huge pension funds are distorting politics in where they will invest so I'd like to see "pensions" merged into Social Security with some of SS invested in total market index funds with the rest in actual US Treasuries as SS effectively does now.
