Re: Legacy (NASDAQ:LGCY)

It could be positive if Alpha remains the publisher/marketer of the products pursuant to said Black Tusk joint venture. It also could imply Legacy may be distributing future products through Black Tusk's existing infrastructure. That is the problem with these types of alliances...loyalty changes with the wind...another risk with Alpha's two-fold strategy would be if PGSoft decided to align with Symantec or if Symantec infused capital into PGSoft who do you think would distribute future Gimme Space's?...that is why these agreement's must be omni-contingency plan bullet proof and anticipate legally things like the Lernout Hauspie alleged breach of contract/antitrust restraint of trade/unfair competition violation(s)...it is also interesting Alpha Software was not mentioned as a marketing partner of Legacy in this press release...maybe they are sending a signal...will contact Alpha, if not by you before us, and get back to the thread...good posts Wendy...
