Thanks George. That chart says "Oversold" but it is not a good looking chart. One could have thought that over $50B from taxpayers and a president talking up a new "Silicon Heartland" to replace the manufacturing that left the "Silicon Valley" would have helped more. Perhaps all it does short-term is keep the SOX from making a lower low... The SOX chart below could turn bullish with a rally above the dashed green line where I see two or three possible iH&S patterns could form. Until then, it is "hang on and hope" what I've added Friday keeps the small profit and we nailed a test of the June low, but it is hard to get much confidence given all the problems. .
