Alex, It may also be as simple as they are off loading some manufacturing because they are not as efficient. Another possibility is to off load mature business and keep the new stuff in house in order to tweak it, as the assembly line starts up. Either way, I am apprehensive at this state that potentially the xDSL train is starting to chug out of the station and Westell is still parking the car in the in the parking lot.
