This station is a real steal for the billionaires who drive or walk into town.

I hiked by the other day and noticed there is a new smoothie shop across the street that starts at $11 for a fresh one... it is not as busy as the Boba Guys shop that starts around $6 for a plastic cup of sugar in a liquid with some rice balls... Competition for Starbucks.

I’m sure it will as soon as production capacity equals demand then, after the initial clogged Diesel engines get fixed, we will all benefit.

Haven’t witnessed any new refineries being built as if today though.
