THE RUSSIAN RESET WAS OUTRIGHT TREASON aim4truth.org

Russian Reset: 2009 was under Pres. Medvedev, not Putin, contrary to this article, so keep aiming for the truth. We'll get there.
There was clearly pay-to-play pay-offs between Vladimir Putin and Hillary Clinton starting in 2010 when Hillary got Putin billions in donations from 29 U. S. corporations who helped Putin build the Russian equivalent of Silicon Valley in a suburb of Moscow called Skolkovo.
Skolkovo: Message 33839327 (h/t Thomas M.)

The Defense Department’s European Command put it this way: "Skolkovo is an ambitious enterprise, aiming to promote technology transfer generally, by inbound direct investment, and occasionally, through selected acquisitions. As such, Skolkovo is arguably an overt alternative to clandestine industrial espionage — with the additional distinction that it can achieve such a transfer on a much larger scale and more efficiently. Implicit in Russia’s development of Skolkovo is a critical question — a question that Russia may be asking itself — why bother spying on foreign companies and government laboratories if they will voluntarily hand over all the expertise Russia seeks?"

Putin alluded to the atomic bomb in a televised speech on September 21. He said he was ready to use "all weapon systems available" in his arsenal against the West, which he accused of wanting to "destroy" Russia.

"It's not a bluff," Putin said.
And ever since it’s non-stop “Rasha Rasha threat threat”

I’m not sure what it is more - a strange perverted desensitizing to the nuclear option - or, a gradual recognition of its seriousness.

If Putin's army is any indication of his control Russia's nuclear bombs will explode before launching.

Either way you don't negotiate with a school yard bully, even if he is representing eternal Mother Russia.
