Wharfie, there are only a few refineries that can meet California's requirements.

Even if we don't build new refineries, it'd be nice to have at least one or two other refineries that can produce the type of gas that California mandates.

Do you see ANYONE in Sacramento thinking about that?

Nope.

Instead, they continue entertaining fantasies of a post-carbon world.

Like I said, why do anything about the current price of gas, if in the near future gas will be so low in demand that Big Oil would have to give it away for free?

I bet that's exactly what you're thinking, that we are just one or two years away from that utopia.
