Re <<China ... real estate implosion>>

Perhaps ponder laterally after out-of-the-box ah-hah

(i) Cheaper real estate is a good thing for social stability when the expensive real estate are unleveraged given structural setup of end-user/consumers-speculators-banks-developers-state-&-local-officialdoms-depositor

Bottom line is that China needed and needs the housing, friction-losses hardly matter

(ii) ... in context of greater-good / common-prosperity / employment / better housing / social-stability / growth

(iii) ... as long as no net-net massive derivatives / hypothecation / re-hypothecation entailed
