Ron, regarding FGII.

I assume you bet your farm on FGII for a blowout earning today. Now sit back and read this.

1. I'm concerned short term because the mo money appeared to have disappeared. With a history of buy in anticipation and sell on news in the drillers as of late, FGII may not be immuned.

2. The long term stochastics is peaking. In order for both lines to stay above 80, FGII has to start climbing the upper BB real soon, like yesterday. Instead, it cooled off. If the rest of the drillers can rally, this will help FGII's cause.

3. Its peers like GIFI, UFAB, VRC have cooled off at about the same time as FGII. I'd rather see overall strength in this group.

Now, revisit your initial goal when you pulled the trigger on FGII yesterday. If you can weather this storm, sit tight and ride this out. Who knows, maybe FGII's blowout earning can provide a real lift for the whole sector and if crude can cooperate. Good luck.
