If your first point that Starr can force the testimony is true, then the rest is irrelevant. But a voluntary statement from an ex-agent does not make policy or precedence for the SS. Of course you can argue that, but I think any decision will hinge on your first point irrespective of Fox's statements.

Which btw taken in their entirety, don't offer contradiction to the President's deposition statement.
