I'm not sure what code could be violated by using any advantage in business. There are moats after all.

BTW, did I mention I went up in the elevator with Jerry to the shareholders meeting when AMD held those at St. Regis Hotel on 5th Avenue in Manhattan?

They had a demonstration there of still unreleased Opteron prototype.
