I disagree with your assumptions, particularly 20 million ounces-the
highest reported number that I have seen is 11.6 million ounces, also
the assumption that KRY will have-given a win-40mm f.d. I believe to
be generously low.

We do not discount the company's ability to attract capital given
the right project, it is at what valuation does it make sense?

Why does everyone use a $20 an ounce figure. I think it's more like $50 an ounce. REDUE THE MATH.

<< we get a current market price of about $20/oz for this property.
Now, how many properties with proven resources such as LC trade at this ridiculously low price? >>

Seeing you asked - try looking next door to Crystallex at Gold Reserve's Brias property. 23m shares now trading at about $2.75 USD makes the market cap of about $62 million USD less CASH on hand of $31 million.

With a proven gold equivalent of 10 million oz that means GLR's resources work out at just over $3/oz for a property in the same area, same politics but without Placer breathing down their necks, no dispute about title, and Gold Reserve does have their veta rights approved and issued and have been through the 30 day opposition period... Such is the logic in share prices!!

Fulvio: There is no need to assume anything. The facts are the LC contains 9 millions ounces of gold and the Albino 309,000 ounces.

I am not sure how many shares are outstanding but lets say 35,000,000. This has to be check on. Does anyone know the exact amount?

Okay in today's market lets use $30US per ounce X 9 million ounces = $270,000,000US =$ 7.7US per share. Usually I use $50 per ounce when gold is higher. The market cap is already saying a win. I was wrong before about a $20 share price. I thought there were less shares outstanding. Viper is right.

So if KRY wins the company has may a short lived 5 dollar increase. If they lose it is worth $2CDN. It will drop a brick.

This is a risky investment which go anyway. To risky to buy or short for me. It is either 9.3 millions ounces or 0.3 million ounces. To all good luck.
