Please, get up off your knees and stop begging. It doesn't become you. Until BAT files, it belongs in that group. As many young virgins have learned to their dismay, an engagement ring does not necessarily mean marriage. Until something is filed with the SEC, we really don't know what we have. Recall shashyazhi's comment, "The BAT consortium is far-flung and complex" Message 3398164 which suggests it may be an auditors nightmare. This raises another issue, BAT which has something like 7+ subsidiaries, just how much stock, options and warrants are out there. I seem to recall seeing somewhere that BAT maintains majority control in its subsidiaries via options--well we all know how that game is played.
