John; More insinuations.
Just come out and SAY who you think it is. NAME them, and be done with it.

It can't be me, because I didn't even HEAR of this stock, until Monday.
How did the stock rise so fast?
The MM's pumped the price up sold air, and covered
on the way down, maybe?
I haven't a clue.

How you can determine something in two days that takes Reg. agencies a long time to uncover, is beyond me.

As I said..what happens if the price goes BACK up in the next week or two?
Is it still what you would consider a "pump and dump"?
Or is is just some foolish people who bought in to high, got scared, and sold? None of this would be discussed, had the thing continued up.

It is beyond me how SI has so many "detectives" posting on it, and there is so much unsolved crime in America.

I am perfectly willing to see how this unfolds before I make a judgement.

Who knows, maybe if there are more announcements made, I will be able to buy in at a cheap price, and make some money on this thing.

Guess what, (I know certain people might not approve), but if that happens, and I sell..and 15 minutes after I sell, everyone associated with the company gets carted off to jaaaaaail. I really don't care.

If you ever hear me saying that any company is going to go to 100, I would file that under "al's joke file".

Why don't you all focus on the company.
call your brokers, find out about this company, and leave the personal issues out of it.

Is it really important why someone else buys or sells a stock?

John,
If you think Tonto,TLWatson59, s martin, TopCat, etc. give a hoot about TVSI think again, they're only here because of RMIL. Because of the squeeze @ RMIL, they are attempting to destroy RMIL longs, so, just let their B.S. about TVSI go in one ear and out the other...they're just spewing the usual, they're shareshakers, what would you expect? Tonto claimed he was buying the float at GIFS, when the stuff hit the fan, he couldn't verify his position to the lawyers, he faxed them the documentation, they rejected it on the grounds it may have been doctored. s martin has posted as 'Doug54' and 'SMARTIN8231', he tried to stop the squeeze at KNIC , but was unsuccessful. He is a shareshakers' shareshaker...no e-mail address, anoynmous , like most MM's slamming stocks on the internet., etc., etc.
We have decided not to post on the TVSI thread, like BAAT where we were silent on SI, we'll return to silence.But..know why these guys are posting on the TVSI thread.

John,

I certainly hope that you realize that Pugs hasn't the slightest idea of what he is talking about. The relationship between RMIL and TVSI is only that we see Pugs and Riley doing the same thing here that they did on RMIL, hyping, pumping and dumping, call it what you want.

If you want to check, you will find that TLWatson59 was once at least a moral supporter of the RMIL yeas, providing them with supporting TA and positive comments....then turned negative as the truth (or lack of truth) became more obvious. tonto was much the same way....came on pretty neutral then also turned negative for the same reasons.

I can tell you with absolute certainty that I am not a "shareshaker" as Pugs' claims. I cannot speak with the same degree of certainty about others, but I am of the strong opinion that this is not the case for the others that Pugs likes to suggest are.

Our purpose of "following" them on to this thread is simply to ask the same questions that were asked on RMIL.....simple questions, really. That is what Pugs and Riley hate to see because it does tend to take a little of the wind out of their sails.

>>>It doesn't take a genius to see that this one was a classic. Closed Friday at .08. Opened Monday at .20 or .21, did some wild gyrations for a few minutes, 20 million shares hosed through in the blink of an eye, then it plummets back down to .10. Please.
They know who they are. They might think they're clever. Time will tell.

Additionally: Prior to Friday, no one on Silicon Investor had heard of Travis. After trading 900 shares on Wednesday there was a spectacular rise in the volume and price of the stock on Friday, prior to the announcement, which didn't come out until the market closed.
Unfortunately, as Allan points out not much due diligence was done or could be done as the office was closed and no one could explain about Planet Sports or Next Level.

. The most recent SEC filings addressed the delay in financials, due to the bankruptcy and the issuance of shares to the corporate officers and counsel (Mr. Raabe). Market orders to buy enabled to market makers to raise the ask price and millions of shares were purchased by people who within the hour had lost 50% or more.

Were the insiders selling into this rally? Were there promoters who were also selling shares they had purchased or been given ? Any person who may have owned 1 million shares would have been able to make $250,000 in one hour. Not bad for one press release, huh?

The continued stonewalling about who or what Next Level or Planet Sports are and where they might be located is to say the least suspect. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to question this one... <G>
