Not here to spread rumors. There's a post on the CCSI Yahoo thread that Michael Price has acquired a 4% interest in CCSI. I'm not sure how it's possible for anyone to acquire a 4% interest at this point in CCSI without it being readily apparent so I'm very skeptical. Anyone know anything other than just another rumor (and would care to share)?

My guess for the price bump is that traders were buying into the split, hoping to capitalize on perceptions that splits cause upward price movement. I've scalped cash with other stocks doing the same thing. What I'm really curious about is whether CCSI holds its price for the several days after it does split.
