That is quite a leap of faith to ascribe an emotional state to Mr. Martinez based upon the time of an announcement.

Once again, there is no better way for the company to raise money to fund ongoing research and commercialization of their pipeline than the warrants which are vehicles that have already been paid for and are in place.

I await the next announcement within 60 days. The new terms will give us a clue as to the "feeling" within the company.

Regarding the "late release"... Company may have done this to
inhibit those who manage to jump in early just as the news is hitting the wires... MY OWN OPINION is that this is the reason they give
out conflicting info regarding earnings release dates.... keeping the
speculators off balance
