TDC is the green line.
The orange line is its moving average/signal line.
And the histogram is the difference between the two.

I don't think one should need the histogram or the signal line because this is not MACD (despite looking like it). But I thought that if someone wants to jump the gun, they can use the early signal from the histogram.

A good trader could do even better by using other confirmations and looking at trendlines, fibs, multi-timeframe etc. But even without that, this is not doing badly.
