Life is tough out there. Most my age who worked our way up from "low income" families to "very comfortable" today learned to "work" by getting jobs cleaning tables (my first job), washing cars (my second job at a car wash about the time the movie came out), washing dishes (college dorm job), etc. so we learned how to deal with reality. How many parents have ruined their kids by forcing schools to start later so their kids they can't make put away screens can have more sleep, or kept them from "working" so they have a "better childhood they missed out on" or.... SMH
