Thanks Knight Post consolidation or pre-consolidation this puppy is going to drop like a lead balloon as soon as it opens. In my opinion the $300,000 is still going to be owed no matter haw many times you change the name. I'm sure RH and cohorts would not leave themselves open to a personal debt of this size for a company that they were just using as a scam. Dave, a question for you-- if proxies are not returned , are they counted as being in favour of the resolutions? KC
