Joe, I don't know very much about Canadian antitrust laws but are there any concerns about those issues in your continuing to absorb phone card businesses there?

ps: Great idea someone had on the rewrite of the DataWave news release. It was a lot clearer and really explained the impact of the joint venture.

Keep up the great work!

Bruce

Joe, A warm welcome to the new BB, and thanks for the update. The Worldpass deal looks great to me so far and look forward to learning more about it. I really like the fact this this new aquisition comes aboard already well in the black and with substantial established revenues..it's amazing to me that we were able to buy that one for only 10 million.

I think that the potential of getting listed is too valuable to us to risk upseting the apple cart for any reason, so if you feel it best not to have other DCI employees posting on the BB at this time then that is good enough for me. I like the direction you have taken DCI over the last nine months I have been invested in and following DCI. It looks like the best is yet to come , keep up the good work.

James

Mr. Murphy

If the buyback plan is actively buying shares than who are they
buying them from except insiders?

What's the difference if we get a NASD listing when the company is
just M&A to liquidate itself in pieces by the end of the year?

Just a couple easy questions that need answered so one of your
share holders can sleep better!!!!!

JJM,

Good to have you back on the board. We will all be waiting for more information on WorldPass and your strategy in the DataWave joint venture. Something that has not been brought up in long time is Muller Media. Are there any updates you can give us on this division?

Best Regards

joe,

Good morning and thank you for coming over. I eagerly await the information that you have for us this morning. I hope that your trip to Florida went well<G>. I must say that the DataWave deal looks very intriguing, marrying their technology to our distribution system should really be able to boost revenues in that arena. I know that there is more to this story and you will tell us or show us when the time comes.

LONG AND STRONG!!! GO DCTC!!!!

Bruce

fyi dci books 100% of the sales and earnings of the new JV with DataWave and back out the minority interest

Joe (or anyone):

Could you explain how that works? It was my understanding that DCI maintained a 60% interest in this partnership. But you are saying that DCI will book 100% of sales and earnings. What are you referring to by "back out the minority interest"? No comprende, and I could use some enlightenment on this one. Thanks.
