Speaking of Software, WDAY looks like it can still move up another 20% on the weekly chart:

I read an article a few weeks ago about how companies are cutting a lot of the specialty software they use. In good times, they catered to the preferences of their staff but now they are cutting down to just the essentials that they just can't live without.
Since there's a lot of duplicate applications out there, companies are probably pitting one vendor against another for the best deals or can walk away.
There's also the downscaling I posted about a while back where they're figuring out how to just use the backbone and do the rest inhouse.
I was just telling the wife yesterday that a package I saw advertised was a waste of money. I told her I could program a SQL script in 10-15 minutes that would do the same thing with a user friendly PHP frontend. Why pay for convenience of a prepackaged application? It's time for belt tightening.
