And this is what I found out when I also called Gruy.

More info from another post:

<<1. The UPR deal went sour due to the malfeasance of the first director. UPR returned
to the bargaining table based on the Nebraska site. If and when the UPR deal is
signed, it will be as a result of Deborah Peppers, their new CEO, who has been the
prime mover in smoothing the negotiations.

BR is also at the table to work out a deal that should be similar in scope.

2. There are two independent engineering firms assessing the Neb. fields. The first
report was issued by Geophysik,GMBH attesting to $129.8mm in field value.>>

I spoke with Paul Ebeling last night who assured me that NAMX and Gruy have an excellent relationship. He finds it hard to believe that any officer of a company would discuss company matters with just any caller.

The statements that there have been no tests or that the test results were inconclusive on the Nebraska fields is absurd and has to be considered patent misinformation. They are metering three wells and burying the gas gathering pipes right now. You obviously don't build a gas gathering infrastructure without extensive testing that is successful. Also let me remind posters that KNE has confirmed that they have a gas gathering contract with NAMX and that they are metering three wells with six more to come on line when the pipes are laid in.

Everyone is also ignoring the Geophysik, GMBH results based on flow tests. If anyone is a German speaker, call the firm in Leipzig and ask to speak with the engineer, Dr. Edmund Kohler. Ask him to confirm his analysis.

The hysteria of yesterday is typical of how the Internet can be misused. There were accusations, insults and lots of manipulation based on precious little hard information and lots of hear-say. People were used maliciously which is a shame to see. Credibility has been lost. Insults heaved. It was pretty pathetic and confirms my belief that tis thread is tainted. This thread is a business to some.
To me, it has been an interesting past time. I'm not interested in watching someone manipulate the stock of this company irresponsibly.

There are so many agendas, and accomplished Internet investors on this thread that I feel woefully outclassed. Between Cyber James, Coach Vann-Bryant and bob Boonen, I feel like a rookie at the All Star game or, more probably a sheep among wolves.

My attitude is let's see what Gruy reports once it has the data on the flow tests for both formations. I believe that when their report is released, the activity on the thread yesterday will be viewed in a completely different perspective for what it actually was--- pure manipulation.

Adios,Good Luck and Go NAMX
