I've commented on this SC case before. The key is that it doesnt necessarily have to show fraud in the election its aimed at the elected officials that refused to even consider and investigate charges of fraud before they certified the election. Thats a whole different animal than actually having to show evidence and proof of a stolen election. Its really more of a procedural violation and violating oaths of office. If this fails the party really is over for this country
