Consider the fatality rate of CV19 (0.1%?) and that it affected mostly people with certain characteristics (age, co-factors) , it wouldn't take something on the level of Ebola (50% fatality) to cause breakdown especially if the politicians have any say in it.

Two weeks to flatten the curve.

Let's never forget that the Obama Administration brought Ebola-infected patients into the US.

I pray to God we never have an Ebola-level virus break out here. Total social breakdown would result. The past three years have been very sobering.
