Sounds like you’re taking good care of yourself. That’s great. One thing that comes through my mind is that maybe you need to see your doctor about those dark spots on your arms. They may have a different reason, not Quercitin. I’d get them checked.

You’re right about the vaccines - everyone has to decide for themselves.

Good luck to you too, P - and Merry Christmas!

Like combining Quercetin with Liquid Zinc, Vit. D., Vit C., B-Complex, Multi-Minerals & Trace Minerals with well planned diet. No two of us are identical AFA our optimum nutritional needs are concerned. Hour or more of daily prayer & meditation is the secret weapon that ties all the foregoing together. Bottom line = little or no inner fear, anger or negativity. Keeps the dark side at bay & on the outside where it's ubiquitous in every days news.

BMI 24 vs 26 -27 15 yrs ago. Some risk factors, such as mid-stage C.O.P.D. Other risk factors not worth mentioning as just cited regime has lessened them considerably. Never thought I'd be healthier at almost 79 than at 60.
