Thanks Brad, you saved me a lot of time!

I see they have already traded 27,000 shares today. This stock is starting to get some volume. I think there are people who know more than I do that are starting to buy.

It looks to me as though they are ready to get the program going. I have run the idea by some of my wife's friends (mothers, etc.) and they ALL immediately wanted to know when they could get their Telli-Pages screen.

This is an easy-to-understand business, which helps shareholders understand why they are buying the stock.

Well, now that I own some...GO TELI!

Guys, I apologize. I was looking at the Cumulative during THE STARTUP PHASE salaries accumulated. Brad, I was looking at the earlier filings and certainly agree, that the original reg S folks are probably out, hence the price now being lower than either reg S....SO, I agree this may be a real bottom for this stock. Sorry for the error...hope I didn't spook any potential investors. Regards, Bob
