That is another view and it is valid.

Being that's the case, wanting all governments to validate it, with regulation sounds like circular thinking to me.

I have yet to hear a compelling argument from anyone as to WHY bitcoin would hold any value. IMO the only reason it has value is because everyone believes it has value. That is almost by definition a bubble. Gov't fiat currency is at least backed by a gov't ability to tax its people. Even share prices have value because they supposedly buy a future earnings stream. But where is the value of crypto currency?

I understand completely WHY it exists. Or at least the official reasons. And I am a true believer in blockchain. But please tell me WHY bitcoin is worth anything.
