I tend to agree. To recap, I improved on the standard RSI and stochastic such that the divergences are clearer and/or it gives one bar advanced notice. To me, being one bar ahead is a pretty big deal since the market is so competitive. But the feedback I got varied between apathy and annoyed with only one person PM'ing me about their interest. What I have had a strong response to is the comprehensive trading system that I am developing. It is using the parts that I have developed plus a few more things, but presently I would not trust anyone other than myself with it b/c it is not ready as a turnkey system yet and I really don't want to have to dissect its guts for everyone. This makes a lot of sense. Either people are experienced traders/investors or they are beginners. If they are experienced, then they are set in their ways and there is little risk/reward for them to try a new tool. If they are not as good, then they will need more hand holding than an alternative RSI, Stoch, or VIX could provide; they will need my turnkey solution. The one group that would be interested in the tools is the algo traders. Not many of those around in SI.
