Democrats hate him because he wants them removed from office and replaced with Republicans even if his acts were to their liking before Trump took them as his own. Specifically, Democrats were against people Bill Clinton called "illegal aliens" in a SOTU taking their jobs. Trump won the middle class, often Democratic voting citizens hurt by illegal immigration for actually doing something about it. Don't forget that meant fewer "illegal voters" being allowed into sanctuary cities like SF where they are legally allowed to vote on local elections. I think it explains partially why the SF school board and former DA went off the rails and were recalled for being "too progressive" for SF...

I think the GOP hates him because he had too much power and demanded loyalty or he's try to replace them with his hand picked candidate. Also, he went after former president Bush and and his brother Jeb in Florida which hurt the party overall.

The money laundering... we don't look into it enough how Al Gore, the Clintons and Obamas all got super rich with stock options, book & Netflix deals, etc. right after leaving office anywhere near the level the DNC congress and NY politicians are looking into how Trump got wealthy.

I'd like to see it in the law that politicians after leaving office have to show their tax returns for the next 10 years to show they are not being compensated after the fact for favorable legislation while in office or for pardons.

This problem is CRUSHING big, blue cities in California but the papers NEVER make the link. They complain about massive homeless problem and raise our taxes over and over to subsidize "low cost housing" while they force our peaceful neighborhoods into building high density housing that gridlocks traffic.

BTW, how is the weather where you are? Are you still in WI? I saw on the news it was very, very cold even in Texas this morning.

I went out to get the paper at 5:30AM this morning and thought it was 20 degrees warmer than just a few days ago... 49F! We are expected to be in the mid 60s for the peak temp on Christmas! Then another atmospheric river will hit us with rain.... Hoping it can fill some reservoirs and deepen our snowpack without taking out another big tree in my yard (THAT is an historic mess & headache for me this past week as I'm still tallying up the damage after it took 3 days to have the tree removed and ground up!)
