viper,
Help me on the logic, please. You are short and have access to or knowledge of recent opinions that would refute the claims currently being tossed around. But you don't want to supply valid info that could possibly move the stock in the direction that you desire? Am I understanding this correctly?

Viper:

Sorry folks. I had to say just this once to Viper. Won't be any more from me today. I promise.

<<If I did I would have no cards left.>>

Let me make sure I understand. You entered this forum last week with the specific intention of revealing one card at a time? Sounds pretty calculated. So you have no intention of helping people "save themselves" (which you have professed) which would have only been the case if you were to expose all of your "cards". A true savior would have been immediate in revealing all relevant and helpful information. Or you withdraw your "savior" intent and adopt an "I'm a shorter making my case" argument at which point your moves have been very cold and calculated, and thus not very trustworthy at all.

"You need to do your homework."

Funny how you continue to reflect due diligence back upon us. I feel quite confident that if you had truly negative proof, you would be SCREAMING it at the top of your lungs. You would offer us proof every hour on the hour if you had it Oh, and would that be yet another action from the "savior" Viper . . . to assist the poor people that will allegedly lose their money by telling them to go find things on their own. Or is that the "shorter" who won't reveal sources ever despite some fairly grandiose claims.

"Things are likely not as clear as you people represent."

Well, they are a lot clearer than the murky waters you are creating. Where's your smoking gun Viper? If you had one you would share. And a smoking gun is verifiable, not a claim of "so and so is doing this, just you wait, I can't reveal my source, go find out for yourself". Some due diligence that is.

"Thats all I can say at this time."

Again, why exactly are you feeding us one tidbit at a time? And worse yet, why are you telling us that you are doing so? Seems awfully cold and calculated. Gosh, Mr. Viper must know a whole lot more that he is not telling me!!

So Viper are you a "savior" or a "shorter". If the first, then you are doing a VERY poor job of convincing anybody that you have their interests at heart. If the latter, then why should we ever trust someone with a clear motive to have the stock fall and someone who cannot provide any verification on his "cards". Now let me ask Viper at what price do you have your short position so I can keep track of how much you are losing? Thank you.

Viper, so what you are saying is you are full of BS. It's ok for you to ask someone to put their cards on the table but we have to trust you. Grow up!

Also, if you are so sure of your position could you tell us how much you have shorted this week. You should be like a pig in sh-t. And if that is the case you shouldn't be squeeling the way you are!

If I did I would have no cards left.

Glad to see you admit that you're not playing with a full deck.
