Hi Cheif,

A daily walk is the best medicine.

An elderly man in my home town just passed last week at 105.

He was seen daily hot or cold walking every day. Like you do clx, Henry walked.

We all knew him as Henry. A very handsome and athletic gentleman:

Getting very old isn't so dangerous, many do that. It's the dementia that becomes the uninvited tag-along. Once that monster attaches itself, each year becomes crueler than the last. Enjoying old age gets lost in a hurry. Horrible to watch, even worse for the participant.

Kinda makes you wonder if the people are right that say "they have been intentionally been playing with our DNA since back in the biblical times & that is the reason we do not live as long anymore?"
