49ers and Packers have had a good rivalry, probably with Rogers wanting to show the 49ers made the wrong choice to pick Alex Smith over him. I've been a fan of Rogers since his CAL days just as I follow Jared Goff (who surprised me leading Detroit to beat GB 10 days ago) and Chase Garbers who ended up in dysfunctional Vegas.

I agree about the lame haircut. I think he's been a dork every since letting Olivia Munn leave in free agency.

Hard to say now who I favor in tonight's game. The winner plays the 49ers next week. We beat Dallas last year to get to the semifinals before losing a 10pt lead to LA and we beat Tampa this year. My guess is Tampa's Brady, another CA product, will want revenge to the upstart Brock Purdy... My dad HATED the Cowboys and their last home was but blocks from Brady's in San Mateo (well, maybe a mile...) so I may root for TB in his honor. We'll see.

Better Call Saul FINALLY won some good awards last night. That was an odd, enjoyable series perfectly acted and written.

I finished "Echo 3" last night from Apple+ rather than watch the third football game. That was a good 10 episode show that actually dealt with the moral aftermath of a "take no prisoners" hostage rescue. Great special effects to exercise my subwoofer too. After watching my Warriors lose to Detroit by literally tossing the game away with 23 or so turnovers sandwiched between the first two football games (I LOVE my DVR) I was burned out on sports...

Yeah, I agree Chiefs vs 49ers would be the ideal match of the most deserving teams but I think the Eagles and Bills will have something to say about it and could easily end up there too.
Any good plans for today with no market action?
