Larry,

The problem that I have with the technical side of MU right now is the failure to break 39... after intra day high of 39, then came 38 5/16 and now today 38 1/16. In fact after dropping to 35 3/8 on each of those highs it showed less momentum which caused lower highs.

This afternoon, after dropping to 35 3/8 again, it only went to 37 and stopped. That is why I got out. MU is looking weak and tired and once it drops below 35 I would guess we will see 33 very quick.

Good Luck Trading

DavidG

Larry, I check your web site, and I also have a number of MU charts, and I am watching that channel closely. I see the lower portion of that channel at about 25 1/4, so I think that it is important for it to stay above that. If it breaks it, then, as David says, it might drop a point or so.
My computer, however, is getting closer to a buy signal. Of course, as you have said in the past, when a stock is oversold, it can become more oversold! <gg>
