thats quite impressive. so your stock portfolio is up 20% in a month. My portfolio is up pretty good too but I am over 100% invested and have gotten some good distribution checks in the last 30 days. On the inflation front I had an unexpected projected increase in my mortgage payment which include escrow payments. I guess because of my increased home valuation I have to pay more real estate taxes and home insurance now. My monthly escrow payment is going up about 14% and there is another 14% to increase the escrow reserve, so that is a total 28% increase in the escrow payment ! that is the highest inflation increase I have seen except for a leak just had i in my HVAC system . I guess the price of Freon has gone up by some astronomical amount. at least thats what they told me when they presented me with the bill. I wonder how increased escrow payments are weighted in the consumer price index.
